A continuation of CHEP’s morning Power Hours – providing you with protected time to write whilst meeting up with fellow academics from across the University.

9 February – Academic Integrity: Using Turnitin in the marking process

Good for anyone wishing to understand how to interpret Turnitin Originality Reports and use Turnitin in the marking process.

9 February – Public Policy I Southampton: Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

Gain confidence and practical knowledge on how you can best integrate equality, diversity, and inclusion values in your policy impact. 

10 February – Academic Publishing: producing journal articles from doctoral work

Join Dr Achala Gupta as she advises on publishing doctoral work as a peer-reviewed journal article.

18 February – Making the most of Open Access publishing: Q&A

This session will cover open access, funder policies, uploading your journal articles, publisher deals and finding open access material.

23 February – Public Policy|Southampton: Engaging with the UK Parliament

Designed for researchers with an interest in engaging with the UK Parliament and in being involved in the process of evidence-informed policymaking.
