Following the launch of our University Strategy in January, a suite of strategic plans is currently in development, which will underpin and ensure successful delivery of the Strategy. There will be a range of opportunities to discuss the different plans between February and May and the approved plans will be published in the summer.
The draft strategic plan for Knowledge Exchange and Enterprise (KEE) is now available for staff to review and engage with.
To contribute feedback, colleagues are able to:
- Participate in a virtual open meeting with Mark Spearing, Vice-President (Research and Enterprise). Please book your place.

The draft KEE Strategic Plan sets out the University’s vision and aims in response to the Government’s UK Innovation Strategy and the Research and Development People and Culture Strategy. This is a final stage of engagement about the KEE plan, following an earlier wave of staff consultation in 2021.
The ‘All staff open meeting – KEE Strategic Plan’ will take place on Monday 21 February 2022, 15:00 to 16:00. Professor Mark Spearing will lead the discussion, along with Diana Galpin, Director of Enterprise and Knowledge Exchange and some of our Associate Deans for Enterprise.
