22 March – Academic Integrity: Contract Cheating
Understand contract cheating, why students might do it, and how you can help detect it.
23 March – All staff open meeting – Research Strategic Plan
Your chance to have your views at this open meeting hosted by Prof Mark Spearing.
23 March – Communicating with international students
This workshop will explore, based upon a positive narrative of attainment, what students entering a degree course at a UK university are, or at least should be, able to achieve.
30 March – How to write and engage with a policy brief
Explore examples of policy briefs and learn how to use the brief in your policy engagement activity.
31 March – How to write multiple-choice questions (MCQs) for assessment
A refresher session on how to write effective multiple-choice questions and how to use them for formative and summative assessment to engage students.
