The Social Impact Lab is running its award-winning Spark India programme for students again this summer, and they are returning to Mumbai!

With 10 fully funded places, the Social Impact Lab are looking for students who want to make change in the world, grow as people and become outstanding social impact leaders.

Taking place from 2 to 26 August in Mumbai, you will get the opportunity to delve into diverse projects including rural livelihoods, gender-based violence and life skills education. You will experience life in one of the most vibrant and exhilarating cities in the world and be part of a group of changemakers who will become your friends for life.

If you are open-minded, adaptable, enjoy working in teams and happy to be pushed out of your comfort zone, then this is the opportunity for you.

In the words of the 2021 fellows:

“I have already recommended Spark India to all my friends for next year! Spark India has helped me to realise the type of work that I want to be doing and showed me the difference that dedicated people can make, even in such a short space of time.” – Noor Ahmad

“Spark India will exponentially accelerate your personal development as both a human being and a leader.” – Laura Smith

“The whole project was incredible, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to help tackle real social problems whilst also learning about themselves along the way.” – Luke Brooks

Head over to the Spark India website to learn more and submit your application.

Applications are open until Friday 29 April. Interviews will take place the following two weeks with decisions on the final 10 fellows made by 20 May.
