This Mental Health Awareness Week (9-15 May), take a break from your studies and unwind with a host of free activities happening across the week on campus and online.
The week kicks off with Wellfest – a celebration of wellbeing on Highfield campus – with stalls including doughnut decorating, rock painting, mindful colouring and table tennis. The fair is also a chance to find out more about the Five Ways to Wellbeing:

- Be active
- Take notice
- Learn
- Give
The activities running throughout the week are based on the ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’ theme, so get involved and start taking the steps to help look after yourself.
From taking the chance to hit the water on a paddleboard – whether you have experience or not – to creating your own mini bouquet of flowers to give to a friend, colleague or family member: there is something for everyone.
