On Tuesday 3 May, Southampton Law School will be hosting a meeting of the Hampshire Law Society during which the President of the Law Society of England and Wales will be speaking.
Stephanie Boyce, the first person of colour and only the sixth woman to be president of the Law Society of England and Wales (a membership body for solicitors) will be giving a talk in the Centenary Building at 18:00 entitled “Dare to Dream”. This will be followed by a Q&A with refreshments. The event is a chance to hear about how Stephanie broke barriers to get to the top of the legal profession and how we too can dare to dream.
If you are interested in attending this event please email Clare Old on [email protected] to confirm your attendance. This event will take place in room 100/3023.
