The appraisal conversation window for all staff at Level 4-6 is open until 31 May 2022.
If you have not done so already, please hold your appraisal discussions and record the outcomes on the online appraisal form dated 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021, in MyHR Dashboard before the end of May 2022.
Moderation will not take place in this year’s appraisal round. Appraisers and appraisees are responsible for completing and recording the appraisal on time.
Changes to Appraisal Process
This year will see some changes to the appraisal process as we start to transition towards one timeline for all. The first change extends the Level 4-6 appraisal objectives period for 2022. Please record agreed objectives on the form dated 1 January 2022 to 31 July 2023.
With the extended period for objectives, it is important that appraisers and appraisees meet at regular intervals to ensure each staff member feels supported and motivated and their objectives are still relevant and achievable. There is more guidance on agreeing long term objectives on the appraisal guidance SharePoint site.
Staff at Levels 1-3 and Level 7 will continue in the current format and timeframes for until further notice.
