Get involved: Super Graduation 2022 – Registration deadline extended to Friday 13 May

How staff can get involved:
Staff can support Graduation by first contacting their managers to discuss the key roles available and the shifts that best suit the department/directorate. Thereafter, managers or staff with manager’s approval can complete the staff registration form by Friday 13 May 2022.

This year, staff supporters are sought from across the University to fulfil key roles including:

  • Graduand and Guest Ushers
  • Faculty Reception Support
  • Graduation Event Support
  • Academic Marshals
  • University Marshals
  • Esquire Bedells

As in previous years, academic and teaching staff will be encouraged to fill platform parties in their discipline. More will be communicated about this in due course.

More information on these roles can be found on the Graduation Updates SharePoint site.

All staff supporting the event will be invited to a briefing session to learn more about the event and their allocated role. In addition to the Graduation days, staff must be available for one of the on-site training sessions on Tuesday 19 July at either 12.00 – 14.00 or 14.00 – 16.00.
