The University has recently retendered the contract for Travel & Personal Accident insurance. All UoS business trips starting on or after 1 May 2022 will now be insured by the new provider AIG and all the relevant information and documentation can be found on the SharePoint Insurance site.
Anyone who needs to make a travel insurance claim for a trip that started before 1 May should contact the Insurance Office on [email protected] to request the appropriate claim form for the previous insurance provider.
The Insurance Office now sits within the Directorate of Health, Safety & Risk and work is underway to provide more extensive and integrated guidance for those intending to travel in support of University business or study.
