We are pleased to report that following a successful upgrade, Banner is now available ahead of schedule.
How will it affect me?
The functionality, look and behaviour of Banner remains the same.
Will there be any further downtime?
Due to the scale of the upgrade, there will be an at-risk period of two weeks. This means there will be a dedicated team on hand to rectify any technical issues.
Any necessary changes or downtime will take place at 07:00 or 17:00. This will be communicated in advance across our usual channels.
