How to create and foster interdisciplinary research – In conversation with Gerd Gigerenzer

On Tuesday 17 May, 13:00 – 14:00 (online), one of the world’s leading social scientists, Gerd Gigerenzer, will be discussing how to create and foster interdisciplinary research.

Gerd Gigerenzer is Director of the Harding Center for Risk Literacy at the University of Potsdam. He is Director emeritus at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development, and partner of Simply Rational – The Institute for Decisions. Gerd Gigerenzer is also an award-winning author, with books such as Calculated Risks, Gut Feelings, and Risk Savvy to his credit. His books have been translated into more than 20 languages.

In this session, Gerd Gigerenzer will be drawing on his rich experience of developing and working in an interdisciplinary research environment.
