This week (9 – 15 May) is Mental Health Awareness Week and this year’s theme is loneliness.
Hybrid working is becoming the norm for many of us and although this way of working brings lots of advantages, it also brings risks and some people may find themselves feeling isolated or lonely. Please remember to speak to your line manager if you are experiencing problems or reach out to a colleague for a chat.
