Unsure what governance is, or how it relates to your role? Have you heard about the proposed changes to our Charter and Statutes, but aren’t sure what this means?
Staff are invited to attend a virtual open meeting hosted by Wendy Appleby, Vice-President (Operations) and Modernising the Governance (MtG) Project Sponsor and Barbara Halliday, General Counsel and University Secretary and MtG Project Lead.
Taking place via Teams on Wednesday 8 June from 09:30 – 10:00, staff can book a place via Staffbook.
In their presentation, Wendy and Barbara will go over the basics of governance – its importance and how it relates to our roles – and will provide an update on the changes that are being proposed to our Charter and Statutes, as part of the MtG project.
There will be a 10 minute Q&A session at the end of the presentation. Staff can submit questions ahead of time by emailing: [email protected]
