We have just one week left before this year’s Staff Party on Wednesday 29 June, on Highfield Campus. If you haven’t done so already, please register. Staff are also encouraged to send a short message of appreciation to colleagues via our Appreciation Shout Out SharePoint site.
The Staff Party is a special opportunity to celebrate our great community in our 70th anniversary year. It is a time to catch up with colleagues you may not have seen recently, especially not in person, and spend some time relaxing with those who you work with day to day, appreciating each other and what we achieve together.
Activities at the Staff Party include:
- Free refreshments and food
- Outdoor games and activities
- Music
- Crafts
- A chill out space
- Appreciation stations
About the Appreciation Shout Out:
This platform is where you can write and share messages of appreciation for one or more colleagues, faculties, or directorates you feel have had an impact on you or supported you through your journey thus far in the UoS community.
You can send your messages of appreciation using the SharePoint platform and in-person at the Staff Party event. The messages will be published via our communication channels and sent directly to the recipient from Monday 27 June. For further information please visit the SharePoint site.
