Super graduation is just a couple of weeks away and as a show of support and appreciation for the hard work and dedication of our graduands and alumni from 2020, 2021 and 2022 cohorts, a video crew will be walking around the campuses to give staff (and any students that may be available) the opportunity to record a short message of congratulations.
The crew will be visiting faculties and directorates on Wednesday 6 July to film your short messages. To help with logistics, staff on site are encouraged to email [email protected] with a time and location the crew should stop by. You can also message Aaron Rudy or Jules Hasson directly via Teams on the day.
If you you are unable to take part in the filming in person, you are welcome to send us a video clip yourself. Find out how below.
The video recordings will be compiled into one short clip and shared on the screens at Graduation and via social media.
Some helpful information and guidelines
- Please keep your message short; a simple ‘congratulations!’ or a short sentence will suffice.
- Feel free to offer your congratulation message in another language or British Sign Language.
- If you are not available on Wednesday, you can use you device (phone or laptop) to video record a short message in landscape please and send a copy to Aaron Rudy – [email protected] (Video Producer) by 5pm, Thursday, 7 July.
- Anyone sending in a clip, or being filmed, please remember to complete a consent form and send it to [email protected]
