There are many opportunities available to you throughout the year to help you take care of your wellbeing. Here are just a handful to kick off the academic year.
Online mindfulness course
We are offering an online course to help you learn formal and informal mindfulness practices involving sitting, gentle movement, walking and bringing mindfulness to everyday tasks.
When the course takes place
The eight-week course runs from Tuesday 11 October–Tuesday 29 November. The group sessions will take place online on Microsoft Teams at the same time each week from 14:00–15:30 for 90 minutes. We will also ask you to complete daily practice at home.

Pop-up wellbeing cafés
Come along to our drop-in wellbeing cafés running throughout the year. Our wellbeing experts will be on hand for a chat and hot drink. Sign up is not required, and you can stay for as long or little as you like.
