As part of our priority improvements to the website there will be an upgrade released on the morning of Tuesday 27 September. This will cause an outage to staff profile pages for approximately 4 hours.
The staff profiles upgrade will improve data feeds between Pure, IDM and our website, which will fix several known issues including duplicate and incorrectly named profiles.
During the outage, staff profiles will not be visible on the website. This is only temporary and all information on staff profiles will reappear within the 4 hour window of the upgrade. No information will be removed from Pure, IDM or staff profile pages and you can continue to use Pure and IDM to manage your staff profiles during this upgrade.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we make these important changes.
