The second round of the Staff Engagement Survey opens today and offers you the chance to tell us, honestly, how you feel about working for the University. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. Following your feedback from the first survey, one additional question has been included in the survey which will allow you the opportunity to add your own comments in reply.
Your responses provide valuable indicators to help focus attention in further shaping and delivering plans for improvement over the next 12 months, as well as showing if early actions have already made an impact.
The more data we can collect through these surveys, the better informed our decision making will be, so please do take a few minutes to submit your responses. You will receive an email from People Insight with the link to the survey this morning, please do check your ‘focused’ and ‘other’ inbox folders.
All responses provided are strictly confidential and the information provided cannot be traced back to an individual. The survey has also been approved through our internal ethics process. The AREQA ethics approval number for the staff engagement survey is: 2022/269.
