These sessions build on the success of a number of listening spaces hosted over the last couple of years and follow the same format, you can read more about the sessions on the SharePoint page. The session below is open to all interested colleagues including PGRs.

We have made a conscious decision to run sessions for staff from a minority ethnic background and separate sessions that are accessible for all staff. We want to create a safe space where we can have open conversations without the fear of judgement.
The output from these sessions will help us shape a plan for the University community at both an individual and organisational level to champion these most important causes.
