This month, the University modernised its central switchboard system. This system is used to answer and direct calls from our customers including students and members of the public.
The University switchboard team use the contact details you provide in Subscribe to transfer calls. It’s important that you ensure they are kept up-to-date. You will also need to tell us in Subscribe if they can share your details with callers by making them publicly visible or not. Additionally, adding voicemail to your phone will allow callers to leave a message if they cannot reach you. Please follow the Knowledge Base links below for more information:
