We’re looking forward to welcoming lots of staff, students and their families at our Festive Family Event later this afternoon. This event is fully booked and we are operating a waiting list – please email [email protected] to be added. Everyone who has registered for today’s event will receive an email reminder containing all the details needed to fully enjoy the afternoon.
We have lots to share with you, including face painting, entertainers, photo opportunities inside our life-size snow globe, under the winter arch, and in Santa’s sleigh, Christmas crafts to make and take away, and a soft play area. Wander through our winter wonderland listening to traditional carols and festive tunes from a brass band, and enjoy the festive lights around campus as dusk falls.

Refreshments:
Free refreshment points will be available throughout B38 (also known as the Staff Club, or Campus Kitchen). The Arlott Bar will also be open until 18:30 to purchase additional drinks and snacks.
Child safety and first aid:
Anyone under 16 must be accompanied to the event by a responsible adult. If you require first aid please speak to a member of the Events team.
Parking:
Parking restrictions will be lifted from 15:30 on Highfield Campus for all car parks apart from the pay & display. View a map of parking locations (marked in blue) here. Broadlands car park, in the top right-hand corner of the map, is approximately a 6-minute walk at adult pace – allow more time for little legs!
Whilst COVID event restrictions are no longer in place, please be considerate to others and ensure you and your family are well enough to attend the event.
