Knowledge Transfer Partnership – What, Why & How?

Ahead of a significant increase to the Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) funding, Research and Innovation Services are hosting a series of events aimed at giving you insights into the programme, the application process and experience from academics who have or are working on a KTP project.

There will be the opportunity to also hear from the Industry Relations team and the Centre for Higher Education Practice (CHEP), who can provide valuable information, support and tools when considering KTP with your industry connections. The event concludes with a networking lunch.

These events are open to anyone who may have an interest in exploring the KTP collaboration pathway, whether you have previously worked on a KTP and would like a refresh or are in the early stages of your career and would like an introduction to the programme.

This session is intended to inform you of the details of the scheme and provide you with the knowledge and skills to qualify your industry connections accordingly.

These internal events will be followed by a series of industry facing events during February and March with local business communities; where colleagues will be able to make new connections and hear from industry in the region about the latest innovations or challenges from their sector.
