Join us on 15 February for a 1–hour webinar focused on mentoring – how it could help you with your personal development and how to get the most from your mentoring relationship.
Mentoring is a powerful professional development tool and as today (17 January) marks International Mentoring Day we would like to invite you to join our mentoring webinar to explore the positive impact that mentoring can have.
Research shows that good mentoring can lead to greater career success, including promotions and increased opportunities. A mentoring relationship can support problem solving by providing an outside perspective, by challenging your outlook through coaching and honest feedback, helping you understand and navigate the unwritten rules of an organisation or enabling you to gain new knowledge and expertise.
