This is to remind you that this year level 4-6 objectives cover an extended appraisal period, from 01 January 2022 to 31 July 2023 to allow for the transition to the new appraisal process and timeline.
What you can do to ensure objectives remain SMART:
- Appraisers: Ensure you have one-to-one meetings booked in with your appraisees. Meet for a mid- year discussion to check how they are progressing with their objectives.
- Appraisees: review your appraisal objectives and consider what has progressed or changed, what you might want to add or amend? Talk this through with your manager. Following any discussion regarding your objectives, update your appraisal form to ensure your records are up to date.
