Applications are now open for Spark India, the annual programme from the Social Impact Lab which takes University of Southampton students to Mumbai to develop their skills and learn more about how to make a difference while working with real-life non-profit organisations.
Taking place between 29 July and 19 August 2023, Spark India 2023 offers up to 15 fully-funded places to students interested in becoming world-class social impact leaders.
As part of the programme, you will:
- Work on challenges set by social entrepreneurs in India
- Immerse yourself firsthand in the vibrant culture of Mumbai
- Collaborate with students from India’s Tata Institute of Social Science to solve some of the most pressing social issues in Mumbai
- Receive one-to-one mentoring to help you develop as a social impact leader.
- Leave with invaluable and unique life and work experience for your CV.
