Research & Innovation Services (RIS) are pleased to invite you to a training programme ‘Driving impact in social sciences – accelerating and de-risking opportunities’. This four-day in-person programme will be delivered by Nicholas Duggan and Vanessa Bailey of Zuas, who have worked with more than 25 universities to deliver impact and knowledge exchange. The programme will enable academics and researchers to advance the opportunities for impact that they have identified and are working on.
This course will allow you to develop skills covering opportunity creation and maximisation, as well as guidance on how to protect your work and prevent research from obsolescence after the funding period has ended. In addition, attendance will increase the project support available to those individuals who complete the course.
