Sleep is one of the most important factors in maintaining good health. We can all relate to feeling tired and run-down if we don’t get enough sleep. However, not getting enough sleep over a longer period of time can have a big impact on our physical and mental health.

The NHS suggests that one in three of us suffers from poor sleep in the UK, with stress, taking work home and the ‘always on’ culture often blamed.

The Sleep Workshop with Solent Mind will occur on Friday 17 March at 10:30-11:30. Tickets for the Sleep workshop are available on Eventbrite.

In the Breathe Workshop, Rob Loades (School of Engineering) will take you through breathing exercises to help you relax and get a good night’s sleep. The event will be held on Microsoft Teams from 12:00-12:45 on Friday 17 March. Tickets for the Breathe workshop are available on Eventbrite.
