The National Centre for Research Methods (NCRM) welcomes staff from the University to attend their 2023 annual lecture.
The free event takes place on Tuesday 25 April at the Royal Society in London and will be available to watch online.
The NCRM Annual Lecture 2023 will bring together researchers from across the UK to discuss some of the latest innovations in research methods and network with colleagues from different sectors and disciplines.
The keynote speaker for the evening will be Professor Elizabeth Stokoe of the London School of Economics and Political Science. The title of her lecture is A Method in Search of a Problem: The Power of Conversation Analysis.
Professor Stokoe will be joined by our discussant Dr Jon Sutton, editor of The Psychologist magazine.
NCRM is based in the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Southampton. The centre provides training and resources in research methods.
