Editors from The Conversation are hosting two further general media training sessions for Southampton academics on Tuesday 18 April 10:30-12:30 and Tuesday 6 June 14:00-16:00.
The sessions, which will be held via Zoom, will provide an introduction to The Conversation – how it works, the benefits of writing for the platform, and how to go about it.

Editors at The Conversation are also running a long-form writing training session that is open to all University of Southampton academics who have previously completed The Conversation’s general media training session or who have been published on The Conversation. Attendees must also have a clear idea for a long read (up to 4,000 words) based on their current research.
The session will take place on Tuesday 16 May 2023 10:30-12:00. Registration will open three weeks in advance of the event.
