The University of Southampton has agreed to purchase Capital House, located in Winchester City Centre, from Hampshire County Council.
Capital House has been unoccupied for a number of months and once it has been refurbished this additional space will allow temporary relocation of some Winchester School of Art (WSA) activities to enable refurbishment of their existing buildings.
The building is conveniently situated within easy walking distance of our WSA campus at Park Avenue.
The University is committed to investing in its campuses and looks forward to continuing its long history with the city of Winchester.
