USS has this afternoon reported a breach of its data held on Capita servers which could potentially cover up to 470,000 active, deferred and retired members.
The information potentially accessed includes:
- Title, initial(s), and name; date of birth; National Insurance number; USS member number.
They are confident members’ pensions remain secure and that My USS login information has not been compromised.
