- Personal Development e-learnings
- which provides access to 10 different modules on blackboard, covering topics such as time management, communication skills, and problem solving.
- Mind Tools
- which contains hundreds of online learning resources, including podcasts, videos and articles on topics such as communication, planning, inclusion, and resilience and wellbeing.
- Appraisal training
- Ahead of the appraisal conversation window opening on 1st June 2023, a range of training is available to support both appraisees and appraisers including how to prepare for a meaningful appraisal conversation.
- Line Manager Development Programme
- If you are a Line Manager and have not already registered to take part in the programme, you can book your place for Module One.
- If you have already attended Module 1, you can book onto our follow-up modules.
