This is a reminder for colleagues involved in student inductions that CHEP’s Academic Transitions Support Toolkit provides materials and resources to help you plan and schedule next year’s programme induction.
This toolkit is illustrated by a one-page interactive map that signposts a range of support materials and examples of good practice that are available to enhance students’ transition to studying on their programme at various touchpoints of their journey.
The toolkit was recently updated and is available for all staff, especially those involved in supporting student transitions. It is primarily designed to be used by Programme Leaders in developing their support for students.

The toolkit was originally developed as an output of the Enhancing Academic Support and Delivery Project and was published in 2022. It is now maintained and updated by CHEP in collaboration with key stakeholders involved student transitions.
