The summer 2023 edition of Re:action is published today.
As developments in Artificial Intelligence progress at pace alongside media coverage of what the societal impact of this could be, this edition of Re:action brings together the plethora of experts Southampton is proud to have who are leading the charge in this field.
Whilst driving forward the technical advancements in AI is key, the systems being built must be used to improve lives in a responsible and trustworthy way. Southampton experts and researchers are working on doing just that.
Professor Gopal Ramchurn and colleagues are taking the helm of the UK’s Responsible and Trustworthy AI Hub through a £31 Million grant from UKRI, affirming Southampton’s calibre and position in the AI arena, read about that and more in the summer edition.
