Editors from The Conversation will be hosting general media training sessions open to all University of Southampton academics on Wednesday 18 October (14:00-16:00) and Tuesday 5 December (10:30-12:30).
The university is a full member of The Conversation, providing opportunities for our academic colleagues to write thought-leadership pieces and provide expert commentary on contemporary issues. The Conversation’s UK edition attracts more than 160 million reads around the world every year. More information is available on the Communications SharePoint.
The training sessions, which will be held via Zoom, will provide an introduction to The Conversation, how it works, the benefits of writing for the platform, and how to go about it.
