Travel Management Company, Clarity to speed up response times

Our Travel Management Company, Clarity is revising the way customers can contact them in order to provide answers to travel queries as quickly as possible.

Staff and PGRs who book travel sometimes need to ask Clarity a question about their arrangements. From the 4 September 2023, travellers using the Online Booking Option will be asked to phone Clarity’s Online Support Team, rather than email them. There will be a call back service if the lines are busy and Clarity says this real time support will mean a much quicker response time.

How to contact Clarity’s Online Support Team:

  • The phone number for contacting the team is: 0333 010 2161.

Go2Book clients:

  • You will still be able to call or use live chat on the Go2Book tool.
