National Inclusion Week

National Inclusion Week runs from Monday 25 September to Sunday 1 October is a time to focus and demonstrate your commitment to inclusion to colleagues and students. ​Developed by our partners Inclusive Employers, this year’s theme is to Take Action, Make Impact, giving an opportunity to think about what actions you can take and what impact those actions can have on your colleagues.

Daily Actions 

Keep an eye out on the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Sharepoint page throughout the week! We will be sharing top tips on how you can Take Action, Make Impact to help colleagues feel more included and bring their best and authentic selves.

Staff Network Open Coffee Morning 

The Staff Network Chairs would like to invite you to an Open Coffee Morning on Thursday 28 September from 10:00-11:30 in the Turner Sims lobby.  

This event is an excellent opportunity to connect with colleagues across the university who share an interest in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Whether you identify with a particular EDI group or are an ally, this event is an inclusive space where everyone is welcome.

Inclusive Employers Webinar Series 

Inclusive Employers are running free webinars throughout the week that explore topics such as cultural awareness, inclusive recruitment and protecting your mental health.
