Earlier this year we informed you of the launch of the Workload Principles Project, which is now well underway. We had an excellent response to our call for registrations of interest, with nearly 200 colleagues volunteering to take part in focus group sessions. The focus groups will help the project team gather a wide range of views around workload and thoughts on what the University’s Workload Principles could include.
The focus groups started in August and will continue until the end of October this year. We would like to thank everyone for the time they have given so far.
To ensure we hear from as many colleagues as possible, we have created a written feedback form. The form will ask you the same three questions used in the focus groups. All feedback will be analysed alongside the responses from the focus groups and will inform the development of the Workload Principles.
The written feedback from will close on Friday 13 October at 17:00. Please make sure you have submitted your feedback before then.
