How and when to pay your fees 2023

If you’re funding your own studies and haven’t paid already, this article gives an overview of how and when to pay your tuition fees now and for the rest of the academic year – we recommend saving it.

When you need to pay
For courses starting in September 2023, the first tuition fee payment is due next week on Monday 2 October 2023. You can either make payment in full or in three instalments on the following dates:

  • 34% to be paid by Monday 2 October 2023
  • 33% to be paid by Monday 8 January 2024
  • 33% to be paid by Monday 22 April 2024

Ways to pay

  • Online via student web payments;
  • Through Convera, which allows you to make international bank transfers using convenient payment methods such as AliPay, TenPay, UnionPay, Trustly, Sofort, etc; OR
  • By direct bank transfer.

Find the University’s bank details in this article.

Amount to pay
Your offer letter tells you how much you need to pay. Please note that we will not send invoices for your fees, and there are no discounts for paying in full.

Scholarships
Please note – if you’ve been awarded a scholarship, this will show on your account at the beginning of October or within a few days of enrolment if you start your course at a different time of the academic year.

If you would like to pay your fees before the scholarship shows on your account, please follow the steps outlined in the Knowledge Base article under the ‘information and help’ heading below.

Be scam safe
All fees should be paid directly to the University, and never by a third-party service. Always ask The Student Hub if you’re ever unsure about any University-related payments or links – only criminals will try to rush or panic you.
