Winter Graduation will take place at O2 Guildhall Southampton from Tuesday 12 December to Thursday 14 December 2023. Colleagues from across the University community are invited to sign up for a range of key roles, to help make Graduation an occasion to remember.
Winter Graduation ceremonies will take place at the O2 Guildhall and the drinks receptions will take place on Highfield Campus, so support at both venues is needed.
Why sign up?
Staff support at Graduation ensures that our graduands and their families experience a day full of joy and celebration as their hard work is recognised and rewarded. It is an excellent opportunity for staff to play a part in this key event of the academic year, regardless of their day to day work role.
What do I need to do?
If you’d like to be involved, please have a conversation with your line manager about supporting the event. If you are available, please complete this form by Friday 3 November.
What happens next?
