The third round of the Staff Engagement Survey opens today and offers you the chance to tell us, honestly, how you feel about working for the University. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.
The survey will consist of a set of agree/disagree statements as well as a free text question. Your responses provide valuable indicators to help focus attention in further shaping and delivering plans for improvement over the next 12 months. The more data we can collect through these surveys, the better informed our decision making will be, so please do take a few minutes to submit your responses. You will have received an email from People Insight with the link to the survey this morning, please do check your ‘focused’ and ‘other’ inbox folders.
All responses provided are strictly confidential and the information provided cannot be traced back to an individual.
The survey has also been approved through the University’s Ethics process. The AREQA ethics approval number for the staff engagement survey is: 2023/269.
