The Staff Engagement Survey will close on 24 November at midnight.
While many of our community have taken the opportunity to have their say, we want to hear from as many colleagues as possible, so if you haven’t responded, please do take 10 minutes to let us know your thoughts.
We realise how important it is for staff to know their feedback is taken on board. The Faculty of Arts and Humanities, the Library team, and Estates and Facilities have all shared some meaningful steps they’ve taken as a direct result of staff feedback from the 2022 staff surveys. Read their stories on the Staff Engagement Sharepoint page.
All responses are completely anonymous and confidential, and University leadership will only be able to access a more detailed breakdown of feedback where the number of responses in any group is 10 or more. The survey results will be shared with all staff by the end of December.
Below you can see a table of current response rates, as of Friday 17 November:
You can follow this link to complete the survey. You will need your staff ID number, which can be found in MyView or on the front of your ID swipe card: https://say.peopleinsight.co.uk/UniversityofSouthampton/pulse2023
