Don’t forget that the Winter Festival is happening today, Tuesday 28 November – join the wider University community on Highfield Campus and celebrate the arrival of the festive season together.
There will be a market on the Redbrick starting from 15:00, with vendors selling seasonal food and drinks, as well as various student societies performing on stage. The event will culminate with the festive lights switch-on, taking place at 17:00 outside Building 40. No booking is required to attend the performances or the switch-on.
Please note that Winter Festival and the lights switch-on are only open to University of Southampton students and staff and are not child-friendly. To experience the festive spirit with your children, you can join the Festive Family Event, which will take place on Friday 1 December from 16:00 to 19:00 on Highfield Campus.
