To make it easier for you to get HR support, we are making some improvements to our service delivery in 2024.
New in-person service
We understand that sometimes staff would prefer to speak to HR in person, so from Monday 15 January 2024, you will have the option to visit Ask HR in Building 26 on Highfield Campus during opening hours. There will also be the option to book an appointment to speak to Ask HR (in-person or Teams-based), if you prefer.
Who is Ask HR?
Ask HR is your first point of contact for any query related to your employment or the employment of the people you manage. Our team of friendly and knowledgeable HR professionals can advise on a variety of HR topics.
We aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Occasionally, we will pass your enquiry onto a specific HR team with specialist knowledge, so you get the best possible HR support.
How and when can I contact Ask HR?
Ask HR are available Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.

New home page for Human Resources
Human Resources has a fresh new home page on Sharepoint. The revamped page includes links to HR news and announcements, trending and popular topics and signposts staff to HR resources and contacts. You will also find an improved A-Z index of HR topics to help you easily find the information you need.
The existing HR website remains, but we will be gradually migrating information over to Sharepoint in the coming months.
