The HR Staff Visa team, and the Visa and Immigration Student Advice Service (VISAS) will be jointly holding a series of online webinar sessions for visa-related areas across the wider University.
Each session will provide an overview on some of the UK visa routes and related topics, including contact details for any queries.
The sessions will cover the following:
· UKVI Compliance: Sponsorship, Right to Work & Right to Study (27 March, 14:00 – 15:00)
· Student Visa: Eligibility, Requirements & Conditions (10 April, 14:00 – 15:00))
· Skilled Worker: Eligibility, Requirements & Conditions (17 April, 14:00 – 15:00))
· Global Talent: Eligibility, Requirements & Conditions (24 April,14:00 – 15:00))
· International Visitors (8 May, 14:00 – 15:00))
The sessions will run from 27 March – 8 May and are available to anyone in the University who wishes to attend. The sessions will be held online via Microsoft Teams and will be recorded.

For the Skilled Worker route, the proposed changes to the immigration rules have not been confirmed at this time (please see the related SUSSED post here). Information provided during the webinar will be in line with rules in place at that time.
