Do you have a creative, ground-breaking research idea? Are you a research leader or are you ready to become one? If yes, the European Research Council (ERC) grants could be for you.
The ERC aims to push the boundaries of current knowledge. There are no pre-defined topics nor expected impact except for scientific advancement in the research field. The scheme is designed for candidates with a competitive academic track record based on their career stage. Proposals are judged on the scientific excellence of the project and the candidate.
If you are interested in applying to the upcoming ERC grants calls or simply want to know more about the scheme, join an in-person “Meet the ERC Awardees and Panellists” event on Thursday 29 February (13:30 – 15:00, Building 32 / Room 3077). The session will include an overview of the ERC Grants scheme, followed by an opportunity to hear directly from awardees and panellists about their experience with the scheme and ask any questions.
