March is the University of Southampton’s Women’s Health Month, coordinated by the staff wellbeing team, and we wanted to tell you about the events running that you can sign up for. Women’s Health Month serves as a reminder to take care of your overall health and make it a priority in your life. Women’s Health Month is also a great time to educate yourself further on the most common health risks women face.
We’ll be raising awareness of how women can protect and improve their health and running several events related to blood pressure, breast cancer, menopause, and gynaecological cancers.
We’ll also be sharing stories from women throughout the University speaking about their experiences with their health and how it impacts their work and wellbeing.
See upcoming events below being delivered by the staff wellbeing team, including links to book.
