Update on the Workload Principles Project

The Workload Principles Project is gathering pace and last month we informed you of the start of the second phase of engagement. We are now able to schedule additional dates for online or face to face workshops and share the written feedback form.

Workload principles update

Our workshops to obtain feedback on the first draft of the principles commenced on 11 March and will run until 19 April. We would like to thank everyone for the time they have committed to the project.

There has been a good response so far, but we would still like to hear from more of our community. If you’d like to join one, you can register your interest using this form until 5 April 2024. We welcome all colleagues but would be especially keen to hear from those in Technical and Exprimental (TAE), Community and Operational (CAO) and Management, Specialist and Administrative (MSA) job families at levels 1-3 to ensure we have as much representation as possible.

If you’re unable to attend a workshop, we have created a written feedback form so you can still share your views. The form will explain each of the principles, which have been separated by theme and you will be asked three questions per theme. At the end of the form, there will also be the opportunity to provide overarching feedback and thoughts around implementation.

The written feedback form will close for submissions on 19 April 2024 at 17:00 so please make sure you have submitted your feedback before then.
