Text reading "Getting Published on 'THE CAMPUS', an education-focused network event, Thursday 18 April 14:00-15:00".

Allison Stratford (Associate Director Corporate Communications at UoS) will introduce the platform and offer advice on how to get published on it. Jana Sadeh (Senior Teaching Fellow, Economics) and Larisa Yarovaya (Associate Professor of Finance, Southampton Business School) will be sharing their experiences of publishing their articles.

Please note articles have a practical, advisory focus and do not need to be based on research. For more examples of articles from University of Southampton colleagues visit THE Campus institution page.

By the end of this event, participants should be able to:

  • Understand the benefits of writing for the THE Campus, the basics of the platform, and the process for submitting articles
  • Develop awareness of writing for THE Campus in terms of, style and tone of articles, and how this differs from traditional academic writing
  • Identify areas of your learning and teaching practice that would be a suitable focus for articles

For more details visit the CHEP SharePoint page.

Please book your place via Staffbook (type ‘The times’ in the filter course list box).
