The annual Vice-Chancellor’s Awards celebrate the extraordinary contributions of our colleagues across all areas of the staff community, whose creativity, passion and outstanding skills bring our strategy to life. Our Vice-Chancellor announced by email yesterday that the nominations window for the 2024 Vice-Chancellor’s Awards is now open – and all staff and students are able to make a nomination.
Our Vice-Chancellor, Professor Mark E. Smith, said; “Every year I take great pride in learning about the positive impact colleagues’ work has had on others, thanks to your heartfelt nominations, which reflect the warmth and enthusiasm of our community. I hope that this year many of you will find time to nominate an individual or team whose exceptional work contributes to the success of our University.”
Anyone can make a nomination, regardless of who you are or what you do – so take the opportunity to shine a spotlight on the brilliant work we know your colleagues are doing!
Nominations are open until Friday 26 April – make a nomination and help our community celebrate success.
You can find all you need to make a nomination, from the category descriptions, to hints and tips on how to write a great nomination, and the nomination form itself, on our Vice-Chancellor’s Awards SharePoint page.
